Having a hard time.
I planned everything out, and made up my mind that I was going to do what I need to do. I visited the provida website, inwhich I haven’t visited since February, and I was reading through some old emails. I got all inspired and motivated when I read the very last email received from a lady who was a success story. This lady followed the provida 6 week body make over and lost 135lbs in 16 weeks. I thought it was a typo on her behalf, but I emailed her and it was Not a typo. I was thinking about going back on that diet for 6 weeks since I never completed it before. The longest I’ve ever dedicated myself to that plan was 3 weeks inwhich I lost 23 pounds. I am strongly thinking about going back on that. The only thing is, is that I don’t have any company. I wanted to put my LAWL account on hold for a few weeks and do that plan. The only reason is because I’ve been at 237 for the pass 3-4 weeks. I feel I’ve hit a Plateau and I want to shock my body and get out of it. What do you think buddies?

I’ve always been very skeptical of any diet that says you can lose that much weight in such a short time.
I totally agree with Mary….you always hear that these people loose “x” amount of lbs. in a short period of time, but give it time…they WILL gain it back and maybe more…be careful girl..and if you do decide to “shock” your body by this…don’t do the whole program..maybe 1-2 wks.
Well, here is what I believe you should do!
I agree with the girls - maybe this ‘quick-fix’ diet is not what you need. It sounds too extreme and not very healthy. I had plateaus that lasted more than a month - that’s normal! Push a bit harder for the next two weeks - increase your workouts, cut about 100cal off your daily intake….and wait for the results!
Hi Heart..I’m just catching up on everyone’s blog since I’ve been gone for a few days…So, how is the Plateau? Are you still stuck there? I know how hard plateaus can be…Trust me!!!…I seem to hit one every other month…Well…Blog soon so we’ll know how things are going…

Question is…are you doing the LAWL plan 100% like you were the first three weeks?
